About
The Office of Accessibility works toward compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 while promoting inclusion of people with disabilities. We coordinate the City’s efforts for ADA implementation and provide information and referral. The Office works cooperatively with advocacy and community-based organizations serving persons with disabilities.
We also work toward compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act by promoting equality to end discrimination on the basis of race, color and national origin in our programs, services and activities.
