Reservations

All pavilion reservations must be made through our online booking portal. Walk-in reservations are not accepted at this time.

What You Need to Know

  • Small groups, under 50 people, can use most parks are on a first come, first served basis. (With the exception of the reservable pavilions and designated Special Event locations.) 
  • All groups over 50 and those wishing to guarantee exclusive use, must reserve a pavilion.
  • All groups that exceed the maximum capacity of the pavilion site or will require event setup outside of the pavilions site (bounce houses and other inflatables, stages, tents, etc.) must go through the Park Special Event permit process
  • Inflatables, slip-n-slides, dunk tanks, petting zoos, pony rides, live entertainment, fundraisers, walks/runs, and similar activities are are not permitted with pavilion rentals.  Groups wishing to have any aforementioned activates must use go through the Park Special Events permit process.
  • Seasonal restrooms are CLOSED October through May due to winterization, and not available for use during these months.
  • Electrical access is available at select locations for an additional $50 fee. You must contact the Front Desk at prcs@coloradosprings.gov to add electrical access to your reservation.  

Parks and pavilions not listed below are available for use on a first come, first serve basis for parties less than 50 people. If you would like to reserve one of these parks/pavilions for a group larger than 50, or to obtain exclusive use of the site, you must go through the Park Special Event permit process.

merica the Beautiful Park and Bancroft Park are designated Special Event locations and are only available to reserve through the Park Special Events permit process

Cancelations

  • All pavilion cancellation requests must be submitted via email to our office at prcs@coloradosprings.gov. Please include the permit number, location, and date of your reservation.

30+ Days Before Reservation = 100% refund

14-29 Days Before Reservation = 50% refund

Less than 14 Days Before Reservation = No refund

No refunds are given for inclement weather on the reservation date.

Available Locations

Cheyenne Cañon Mesa

Location: South Cañon Road toward Seven Falls. Road is marked with a sign.
Maximum Capacity: 100
Facilities: Seats 72 under shelter. Restrooms (available in summer only). Electricity available for an additional fee. 
Recreation: Hiking trails

Facility Rental Fee: $150

Memorial Park Pavilion Complex CLOSED

This facility is closed until further notice due to required repairs.

Location: Southwest portion of park near Hancock Avenue and Costilla Street.
Maximum Capacity: 150. 50 people per pavilion. Reservation includes all three (3) pavilions on site.
Facilities: Seats 50 under each shelter. Restrooms (available in summer only). No electricity.
Recreation: One playground at pavilion site, three playgrounds, basketball/tennis courts, open space, jogging trail around Prospect Lake 

Facility Rental Fee: $150

Monument Valley Park  - South

Location: Southeast of I-25 and Uintah Street in the south portion of the park near the swimming
Maximum Capacity: 200
Facilities: Seats 200 under large shelter. Restrooms (available in summer only). Electricity available upon request for an additional fee.
Recreation: Playground, jogging trail, basketball, tennis courts, playfields  

Facility Rental Fee: $150

Nancy Lewis

Location: 2615 Logan Ave., Templeton Gap Road and Logan Avenue.
Maximum Capacity: 50
Facilities: Seats 20 under shelter. Restrooms (available in summer only). No electricity.
Recreation: Soccer/t-ball field, playground, shelter, croquet/putting green, sand volleyball court, picnicking, pond/waterfall/fountain, sidewalk paths, restroom, hospice tree dedication legacy wall, handicapped access

Facility Rental Fee: $100

Palmer Park, Council Ground

Location: South East Corner of Palmer Park, Entrance to the Left of the Fenced in Dog Park

Capacity: 100 
Facilities: Seats 84 under shelter. Restrooms (available in summer only). No electricity.
Recreation: Hiking/mountain biking trails

Facility Rental Fee: $150

Palmer Park, Lazy Land 

Location: Northeast Corner of Palmer Park, Enter at Academy and Maizeland
Maximum Capacity: 100 
Facilities: Seats 100 under shelter. Restrooms (available in summer only).No electricity.
Recreation: Volleyball court/horseshoe pit (bring your own equipment), hiking/mountain biking trails

Facility Rental Fee: $150

Palmer Park, The Meadows

Location: Corner of Academy and Maizeland, Next to Playground Capacity: 50
Facilities: Shelter with tables. Drinking fountain nearby. Restrooms available year round. No electricity.
Recreation: Volleyball courts (bring your own equipment), large playground, playfields

Facility Rental Fee: $100

Palmer Park, Youth Camp

Location: Northeast Corner of Palmer Park, Enter at Academy and Maizeland
Maximum Capacity: 100 
Facilities: Seats 84 under shelter. Restrooms (available in summer only). No Electricity available.
Recreation: Hiking/mountain biking trails

Facility Rental Fee: $150

Thorndale Park

Location: 24th and Uintah
Maximum Capacity: 50 
Facilities: Seats 20 under shelter. Restrooms (available in summer only). No electricity available. 
Recreation: Basketball Court, playground, ballfield, and playfield

Facility Rental Fee: $100

Venezia Community Park, The Bunkhouse

Online bookings now available.

Location: West – closest to the small parking area

Seating Provided: 9 tables (approx.10 people/table)

Seating Capacity: 110 people

Maximum Capacity: 135

Restrooms (available in summer only). Electricity available upon request for an additional fee. 

Rental Fee: $175

Venezia Community Park, The House

Online bookings now available.

Location: East – closest to the seasonal restrooms and large parking lot

Seating Provided: 10 tables (approx.10 people/table)

Seating Capacity: 130 people

Maximum Capacity: 150

Restrooms (available in summer only). Electricity available upon request for an additional fee. 

Rental Fee: $175

Venezia Community Park, The Barn

Online bookings now available.

Location: Center - between the Bunkhouse and House pavilions

Seating Provided: 14 tables (approx.10 people/table),

Seating Capacity: 175 people

Maximum Capacity: 225

Restrooms (available in summer only). Electricity available upon request for an additional fee. 

Rental Fee: $250

Fountain Park

Location: Fountain Road and Institute - adjacent to the Hillside Community Center
Maximum Capacity: 50
Facilities: Seats 20 under shelter. No restrooms available. No electricity available.
Recreation: playground, basketball court, Youth Bike Park
