Registration for summer programs

We hope everyone is staying safe, healthy, and as active as possible during this time at home. Currently, registration for many of our summer programs is on hold, but in the spirit of planning ahead, our team is working diligently to assess and prepare for these programs to begin as normal.

Updated information on registering for youth and teen day camps and therapeutic recreation programs will be available by April 17.

Registration for youth and adult summer sport programs, including t-ball, softball and baseball, is currently available and extended to April 30. Late registration will begin May 6.

This is a constantly changing situation, and we will communicate updates as they become available. We encourage you to visit for additional information as you begin to make your summer plans.

A special thank you to all who have shifted your habits to responsibly use our parks, trails and open spaces, which have remained open for the community to get some fresh air these past few weeks. Here are some important reminders regarding park use during the stay-at-home order:

  • Practice good personal hygiene before and while visiting parks.
  • Playgrounds and pavilions are closed.
  • No group activities or recreation with people living outside of your residence. Outdoor sport courts and skate parks are open for individual use or for recreating with those living in your residence only.
  • Do not touch shared surfaces, such as sports equipment.
  • Wear a face covering.
  • Maintain at least a 6-foot distance from others at all times. This may mean walking in a single-file line on trails. If maintaining a 6-foot physical distance can’t be maintained, please leave that space.

And, last but not least, be kind.

We appreciate everyone doing their part because we are all in this together!
