COVID-19 Response: The City of Colorado Springs Procurement Division is open for business.  Our offices are closed to the public at this time but employees continue to conduct City business. Please refer to project bid documents and addenda issued for bid or proposal submission instructions.   If you need to drop off documents to Procurement Services, please go to the dropbox located in the lobby of the City Administration Building located at 30 S. Nevada Avenue.  Please follow up with an email addressed to sends e-mail)  or call 719-359-2844 to verify your documents have been received.

You can now view all bid opportunities and submit proposals electronically through the Bonfire Interactive Procurement Portal. Bonfire offers automatic and customizable email notifications to registered vendors free of charge.

Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing

The City of Colorado Springs continues to use Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System to provide free, unlimited access to all bid information.

Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing also offers customizable email notifications for a fee ($89 for one year).
